Fixture Design and Manufacture

Provide the part or assembly and we’ll provide the precision fixture CAD model design.
We can also provide a qualified machined fixture upon request, meeting your GR&R requirements.

Cost effective GD&T or Box Tolerance Blueprint development

Provide a model and we’ll provide the Machining prints/Assembly prints.
Provide the prints and we’ll review and re-develop for effective cost tolerance without compromising fit, form and function.

Universal fixture design using our patented Vision Slide® for CMM metrology.

Note: The Vision Slide is best suited for optics machines utilizing probe and laser technologies.
